Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Numan Kurtulmuş, is currently in Azerbaijan to participate in the 13th General Assembly of the Turkic States Parliamentary Assembly (TÜRKPA). During his visit, Kurtulmuş also took the opportunity to visit the Turkish Embassy in Baku. At the embassy, he was briefed by Turkey’s ambassador to Baku, Cahit Bağcı, about the embassy’s ongoing work and projects.
This visit underscores the strengthening ties between Turkey and Azerbaijan, highlighting ongoing diplomatic efforts and cooperation within the framework of TÜRKPA. The assembly serves as a key platform for discussing and enhancing parliamentary relations among Turkic states.
