U.S. Embassy Cultural Attaché Meets with Students Who Completed YES Program
The U.S. Embassy in Ankara announced that Cultural Attaché Marvin Alfaro recently met with students who had returned to Turkey after completing the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program. During this gathering, Alfaro enjoyed listening to the students’ memories and experiences with their host families in the United States.
The event also served as an opportunity to thank the volunteers and supporters who contributed to the YES program. The YES Alumni Re-Entry Camp volunteers, along with program partners, played a significant role in the event.
