Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş has released a message in commemoration of the legendary boxer Muhammad Ali on the anniversary of his passing.
In his statement, Kurtulmuş expressed, “We remember Muhammad Ali, an unforgettable name in the history of world boxing, with gratitude and longing on the anniversary of his death. The sleepless nights we endured just to watch his matches are still vivid in our memories. What made Muhammad Ali the ‘greatest’ was not only the boxing matches he won but also his honorable fight against racism and discrimination. We will always remember him fondly.”
