Turkish MP Fuat Oktay Meets with Turkish Businesspeople in Cairo to Strengthen Economic Ties
Ankara, Turkey – Fuat Oktay, a Member of Parliament from Turkey’s AK Party and the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), held significant meetings in Cairo. Oktay met with Turkish businesspeople who have made Turkey one of the largest investor countries in Egypt, with investments totaling $3 billion and creating jobs for 100,000 people.
During the meeting, discussions centered on the economic and commercial relations between the two nations. Key issues faced by Turkish businesspeople were addressed, and solutions were proposed. Additionally, steps to deepen economic and commercial ties and enhance mutual investments were evaluated.
These discussions aim to further strengthen the relationship between Turkey and Egypt.
