Turkish Military Snipers Triumph: 2233 Years of Expertise!
Once again, the Turkish Armed Forces have made a significant mark on the international stage. The Turkish soldiers claimed the top spots at the “8th European Best Sniper Team Competition,” organized by the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Command in Germany from August 4-12, 2024.
Teams from 19 countries, including the USA, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Greece, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Slovenia, participated in the competition. Representing Turkey were the Land Forces Command and Special Forces Command.
Under the responsibility of the Mountain Commando School and Training Center Command, the Turkish teams achieved outstanding success, with the Land Forces Command taking first place and the Special Forces Command securing second.
The top 10 countries in the competition were ranked as follows:

4. Greece
5. Belgium
6. Ireland

8. Netherlands
