Turkish and Venezuelan Foreign Ministers Highlight Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yvan Gil held a joint press conference where they emphasized the friendly relations between Turkey and Venezuela and discussed enhancing cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, the ministers focused on topics such as trade relations, mutual investments, and cultural exchange programs between the two countries. Minister Fidan expressed Turkey’s desire to further strengthen its ties with Venezuela, a strategic partner in Latin America. Minister Gil underscored the great importance of their relationship with Turkey.

In addition, the ministers exchanged views on common challenges faced by both nations and strategies to address them. Details of joint projects and future cooperation agreements were also discussed.

Following the talks, Minister Fidan stated, “We have agreed to take steps to increase our cooperation in many areas with Venezuela. We are eager to take further steps to strengthen our relations.” Minister Gil added, “We are determined to elevate our friendly relations and strategic partnership with Turkey to higher levels.”

The meeting concluded with a message of hope for collaborative steps both countries could take in the shared future.
