Turkic States Organization Announces Start Date for Eid al-Adha
The Turkic States Organization has determined the start date for Eid al-Adha through its “Fatwa Coordination Group.” According to the joint decision, Eid al-Adha will commence on 10 Zilhijjah 1445, corresponding to Sunday, June 16, 2024, in the Gregorian calendar.
On this occasion, as these special days remind us of sacrifice, compassion, and gratitude, everyone who reaches Eid al-Adha is wished a joyous celebration. It is hoped that the spirit of the holiday brings happiness, peace, and well-being to the entire Turkic-Islamic world and humanity.
