Turkey Sends Aid to Flood-Stricken Bangladesh
In response to devastating floods that have impacted over 5 million people in Bangladesh, Turkey has extended its hand of support. Coordinated by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), Turkish aid efforts are actively being delivered to the affected areas, especially those with disrupted road access.

A total of 16,750 aid packages have commenced distribution in the most affected regions. These efforts are backed by AFAD, the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), and various Turkish non-governmental organizations.

The assistance aims to provide solace and help the Bangladeshi people recover from this significant disaster. With a firm commitment, Turkey continues to offer its support, delivering urgent relief and well-wishes to those affected.
