TİKA Enhances Information Access for Disabled Students in South Africa
The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) has taken a significant step to improve information access for disabled students in South Africa.
At a university in South Africa, the Research Centre for Disabled Students received 22 computers and essential technical equipment to support visually impaired students in participating more effectively in their classes. This initiative aims to alleviate the challenges that disabled students face in their educational processes.
TİKA’s effort makes a substantial contribution to the goal of making information accessible to all. Activities like this, which ensure equal educational opportunities for disabled individuals, also help raise social awareness.
