The Health Valley Project Officially Begins
Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca made significant announcements about the Health Valley Project. Koca stated that the project has officially started with a decree signed by the President. The Turkish Health Institutes Presidency has initiated the necessary steps for the establishment of the company.
Infrastructure work on the land adjacent to Bilkent City Hospital will commence shortly, Koca noted. The first phase will see the establishment of research laboratories and accredited testing laboratories. Additionally, R&D and pilot production activities will also be conducted here.
Koca emphasized that this project marks the first step in a significant development initiative for Turkey in the field of biotechnology. The Health Valley Project is expected to greatly contribute to Turkey’s advancements in biotechnology.
These announcements were made during a press briefing following the Cabinet Meeting.
