Strengthening Workplace Compliance: The Project’s Steering Committee Holds Second Meeting

The Second Steering Committee Meeting of the Project for Strengthening Workplace Compliance through Inspection, Guidance, and Social Dialogue was recently held. This crucial meeting discussed the project’s progress and evaluated the feedback and suggestions from both worker and employer organizations.

Hosted by the International Labour Organization (ILO), the project aims to enhance social dialogue and compliance within workplaces. The meeting focused on the methods employed and the progress made towards achieving the set goals.

The project seeks to improve working conditions and strengthen communication between workers and employers. Positive feedback received will guide further improvements within the project’s framework, highlighting its efficacy in fostering better workplace environments.

Participants expressed their belief that the activities carried out under the project would create improved working conditions. Such initiatives aim to enhance overall workplace compliance by promoting more effective collaboration between workers and employers.

Following the meeting, it was decided to prepare a comprehensive report on the project’s progress and share it with all relevant stakeholders. The International Labour Organization will continue to contribute to the increase of social dialogue within workplaces through such projects.
