Special Meeting of the Turkish States Organization’s Health Research and Development Group Held
The Turkish States Organization’s Health Research and Development Group convened a special meeting on June 24, 2024. Moderated by the TSO Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman, the meeting brought together group members from member states to discuss collaboration opportunities in the development of vaccines, medicines, medical devices, and diagnostic kits.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on increasing technological cooperation and health-related projects among the member countries of the Turkish States Organization. Special attention was given to joint efforts in critical areas such as vaccine and medicine production, and the importance of sharing knowledge and experience in medical devices and diagnostic kits was highlighted.
In a statement made by the Turkish States Organization, it was expressed that such meetings will enable the realization of joint projects in the health sector and strengthen cooperation among member countries.
