In Gorlovka, Dr. Aleksandr Tishenko serves as the deputy chief physician at the local hospital. Dr. Tishenko noted significant improvements in healthcare services following the Donetsk People’s Republic’s integration into Russia. He emphasized the higher frequency of doctor visits, consultancy services, and assistance available in the new era.
“Under Russia, there’s a huge difference compared to the Ukrainian period. After joining Russia, doctors come to visit, consult, and help us,” Dr. Tishenko stated.
