Russian President Vladimir Putin Thanks Turkish President Erdogan for Solidarity After Dagestan Terror Attack
Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. During the call, Putin expressed his gratitude to Erdogan for his condolences and support regarding the terrorist attack in Dagestan.
The two leaders also agreed on personal contacts to be conducted in the near future. As part of this, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, scheduled to be held in Astana on July 3-4, was also discussed.
