Republic Day Celebrations Continue with Enthusiasm Across Turkey
The 29th of October, Republic Day, is being celebrated with great enthusiasm nationwide. As part of the festivities, a parade was held in Ankara starting from the front of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and proceeding to the First Assembly building in Ulus.
During the ceremony, soldiers from the Turkish Armed Forces participated in the march. Additionally, the Janissary Band and Military Band performed anthems to boost the holiday spirit.
The 29th of October is commemorated every year as the day the Republic of Turkey was proclaimed, and this year marks its 101st anniversary with special celebrations. The significance and importance of Republic Day were emphasized by the participants.
