President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Marks 10th Year in Office
Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was elected by the Turkish populace and inaugurated as the 12th President of Turkey exactly 10 years ago today.
AK Party Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesman Ömer Çelik celebrated the anniversary with a statement: “We wish many more years of serving our nation and standing up for the oppressed.”
During these 10 years under Erdoğan’s presidency, the country has witnessed significant developments both domestically and internationally. Erdoğan has spearheaded various economic, social, and political reforms. Additionally, efforts to position Turkey as a significant player on the global stage were prominently advanced. Furthermore, policies to extend a helping hand to oppressed communities stood out during this period.
