President Erdoğan Unveils Revolutionary “Turkish Century Education Model”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has announced the details of a groundbreaking educational project for Turkey: the “Turkish Century Education Model.” This new educational approach is centered around Turkey’s history, culture, and national values.
Erdoğan noted that the model is designed with international standards in mind and aims to meet the advanced science and technology needs of today. He emphasized that the curriculum aims to educate students in line with national, spiritual, and humanitarian values, shaping them into individuals who are thoughtful, inquisitive, critical, and solution-oriented.
The Social Responsibility Program is introduced as an integral part of this new educational model. According to the President, this program will ensure that children grow up to be respectful of both themselves and their surroundings, contributing positively to society and the environment.
Erdoğan also highlighted that the new model prioritizes differentiated teaching approaches that consider individual differences among students, rather than fostering competition. By linking course content with learning skills, the new curriculum will make it easier for students to discover their own talents.
The President pointed out that the Turkish language has a central place in the new model, relating it to all fields. The curriculum is structured based on a foundation connected to science, technology, and the environment.
Erdoğan stated that the ultimate goal of these efforts is to cultivate moral, courageous, determined, productive, compassionate, patriotic, and questioning individuals. He added that Turkey’s children and youth will be prepared for the future as individuals who uphold democracy, the republic, and fundamental values.
President Erdoğan expressed his best wishes for the success of the “Turkish Century Education Model” and thanked all parties involved for their contributions.
