In an effort to enhance the promotion and representation of Turkey, the Presidency Communications Directorate is launching a new initiative, called the “Citizen Diplomat Project.” This project aims to actively involve citizens as public diplomacy actors.
According to a statement from the Directorate, the goal of the project is to enable Turkish citizens to represent the country in the best possible manner on international platforms. As part of the initiative, various training programs will be provided, and participants will serve as unofficial ambassadors for Turkey at overseas events.
