A new regulation concerning Child Monitoring Centers has been introduced in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM). The proposed changes aim to detail the structure, operation, and management of these centers.
One of the key components of the proposal is the mandatory establishment of at least one Child Monitoring Center in every province. This provision aims to broaden the reach of services tailored to children’s needs across the country.
The bill was presented to the TBMM Presidency by AK Party MP Selma Aliye Kavaf. The new regulation is seen as a significant step towards enhancing child protection.
