Major Operation Reveals Drug Traffic Connection of Terrorist Group in Van
An important operation revealing the drug trafficking connections of a terrorist organization was carried out. During search and scanning activities conducted in the Van region, a total of 57,140 grams of drugs were seized. This quantity includes 30,960 grams of methamphetamine and 26,180 grams of cannabis. The seized drugs were handed over to the Gendarmerie, one of the state’s security forces. This operation highlights the ongoing efforts and determination of the security forces in the fight against terrorism and drug smuggling.
