İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu has paid a respectful tribute to Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli. In his statement, Dervişoğlu emphasized that Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli introduced Islam and Turkishness to a vast cultural geography stretching from Central Asia to the Balkans. “I honor Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli, whose hearth was a refuge for Anatolian Turkmens and a foundation for the Republic,” said Dervişoğlu.
