İYİ Parti Leader Müsavat Dervişoğlu Criticizes Political Defection
İYİ Parti Leader Müsavat Dervişoğlu has fiercely criticized a member of parliament for seeking political future with another party without severing ties with their current party. Dervişoğlu described the act as “shameful and disgraceful” and stated, “Just as it is shameful for a member of parliament to seek political fortune at another party’s doorstep without severing ties with their own party, it is equally shameful and disgraceful for a party leader to plot to facilitate such an act.”
Dervişoğlu’s comments come amidst rising criticism over recent attempts by some members of parliament to change parties and the political maneuvering that goes on behind these moves.
