In a special session held today at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, İYİ Party Deputy Leader Müsavat Dervişoğlu reaffirmed the party’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people. During the session, Dervişoğlu condemned those who applauded Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, describing them as part of a cruel world complicit in the atrocities against Palestinians in Gaza.
Dervişoğlu emphasized that their solidarity extends beyond just the victims in Gaza. He highlighted their support for Uyghur Turks, Iraqi Turkmens, and Azerbaijani Turks who suffered one of the most severe genocides of the 20th century.
“We stand with the oppressed. Oppression is oppression whether it occurs in Gaza, East Turkestan, Karabakh, or Turkmeneli. Let hell be a living nightmare for oppressors, wherever they are, especially in the Turkish heartland,” Dervişoğlu declared.
His statements underscored İYİ Party’s firm stance against injustice and its commitment to supporting oppressed communities globally.
