According to Dmitry Polyanskiy, the Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, Israel has carried out 21 attacks on schools sheltering displaced persons since July 4th. Referencing a report from the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Polyanskiy stated that these attacks have resulted in at least 274 deaths. He emphasized that this situation stems from a deliberate choice by Israel.
