Islamic Development Bank Signs $370 Million Agreements with Turkish Ministry of Finance
The President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Muhammad Al Jasser, convened with Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek at the Ministry of Finance.
Following their discussions, two significant agreements were signed to address the financing needs of exporters affected by the earthquake and to modernize railway infrastructure. The total value of these agreements was set at $370 million.
In addition, it was announced that cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank Group will continue under a financing framework of $6.3 billion for the 2024-2026 period. This partnership aims to revive the economy and strengthen infrastructure.
