In Muğla, 21 of 90 Suspects Detained in Security Operation Arrested
In Muğla, as part of a comprehensive safety and security operation conducted by gendarmerie teams, 21 out of 90 detained suspects have been arrested.
According to information obtained, the Muğla Provincial Gendarmerie Command carried out the operation across 13 districts. The Gendarmerie Crime Investigation Teams (JASAT) targeted individuals wanted for various offenses including intentional homicide and attempted murder, intentional injury, fraud, sexual abuse, theft, violation of the tax procedure law, trafficking or supplying drugs or stimulants, purchasing, accepting, possessing, and using drugs or stimulants for personal use, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, cultivating cannabis for personal use, animal fighting, and violation of precautionary measures. As a result, 90 individuals were detained. Out of these, 21 suspects were arrested after processing at the gendarmerie and were brought to court. Meanwhile, 69 others were released on judicial control.
