Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca has provided updates on the recent fires that have devastated parts of the country.
The incident has resulted in 5 fatalities and affected a total of 44 individuals, including 10 who are in critical condition. The fires have claimed 3 lives in Diyarbakır and 2 in Mardin.
Minister Koca announced the deployment of 35 ambulances and 7 National Medical Rescue Team (UMKE) units in response to the disaster. He extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and wished a swift recovery to the injured.
While the cause of the fires has yet to be determined, ongoing efforts are focused on bringing the situation under control.
