EFES-2024 Military Exercise: Turkey Enhances Defense Capacities
The EFES-2024 exercise, organized by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Defense, is successfully ongoing. National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler, along with the command echelon of the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK), inspected the exercise site firsthand.
The EFES-2024 exercise aims to enhance Turkey’s military capacities and make significant strides in the field of security. Throughout the exercise, the capabilities and preparedness of the TSK are being reviewed, and new strategies and tactics are being tested.
On the day of the inspection, the presence of National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler underscored the importance the government and military leadership place on such military preparations and exercises. Minister Güler, accompanied by senior commanders of the TSK, examined the exercise to contribute to the assessment of operational capabilities and unit readiness.
The primary goal of the exercise is to gather information on the current state and readiness levels of the Turkish Armed Forces, improve military effectiveness, and ensure preparedness against potential threats.
