Referring to the potential of farmers in Mersin, Ekmen said, “Investing 1 Turkish Lira in a Mersin farmer yields 10 Turkish Lira in return,” showcasing the profitability of local agricultural investments. He explained that this situation would boost farmers’ incomes and reduce food inflation, stressing the importance of agricultural support.
