Deputy Selma Aliye Kavaf Proposes Free Psychological Counseling for Home Care Recipients and Caregivers
Deputy Selma Aliye Kavaf has submitted a bill to the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) proposing the provision of free psychological counseling and guidance services to individuals receiving home care assistance and their caregivers.
The proposed bill aims to amend existing regulations concerning the provision of monthly allowances to Turkish citizens who are 65 years old, needy, weak, or alone.
Among the potential benefits of these changes are addressing the psychological needs of individuals receiving home care services and supporting their caregivers. The counseling services to be provided intend to enhance the quality of life for these individuals.
