CHP’s Deniz Yücel Criticizes Inhumane Animal Control Practices

In a press conference held at the CHP headquarters, Deniz Yücel, the Deputy Chairman and Spokesperson of the CHP, made significant statements regarding recent animal control practices. Drawing attention to certain distressing implementations, Yücel expressed strong opposition to the neglect of animal neutering due to cost concerns.

“You won’t practice neutering due to costs but will spend six times more to euthanize them. Don’t fool anyone!” Yücel remarked, also severely criticizing the killing of animals through starvation, dehydration, or violence.

“Will you leave them starving and thirsty for 30 days to tear each other apart? Will you kill them by making them scream in pain using bleach?” Yücel’s comments highlighted the unacceptable nature of such brutal methods.

Yücel’s statements have garnered support from animal rights advocates, with calls for an end to these inhumane practices.
