CHP Women’s Branch Chair, Aylin Nazlıaka, extended her best wishes to Giresun Provincial Chair and General Surgery Specialist, Opr. Dr. Gökhan Şenyürek, after he was subjected to an attack.

Nazlıaka labeled the assault on Şenyürek, a physician who has made significant contributions to public health, as a national disgrace. She pointed out the alarming increase in severe violence incidents against healthcare workers across the country.

Nazlıaka attributed this worrying trend to the policies under AKP’s administration, which she claimed devalue doctors. She condemned the mindset behind the incident, criticizing an approach that only considers patient numbers and disregards the worth of physicians.
