CHP Reveals Landmark Constitutional Court Ruling on State Transactions

The Vice President of the Republican People’s Party (CHP) responsible for Public Relations and Media Relations, Adana Deputy Burhanettin Bulut, made significant statements regarding a recent ruling by the Constitutional Court. Bulut shared the evaluations made by Chairman Özgür Özel, emphasizing that the Constitutional Court concluded CHP’s application after six years and many transactions conducted by the state were annulled.

According to Özgür Özel’s statement, the Constitutional Court’s 270-page decision revealed that various state transactions were unlawful. Özel expressed that this decision proves CHP was right and that certain transactions cannot be conducted where the rule of law prevails. He emphasized that the process eventually demonstrated that the current system was outside the bounds of law.

These statements highlight CHP’s legal struggle and clarify the significance of the Constitutional Court’s decision. This development brings the legal foundations of the current system into question.
