CHP Calls for Urgent Implementation of Gradual Retirement Regulation
The gradual retirement regulation is being considered a rightful entitlement for all employees. Burhanettin Bulut, Vice Chairman of CHP responsible for Public Relations and Media Relations, emphasized that this regulation is not a favor but the right of the workers and retirees. Speaking at a press conference in Adana, Bulut highlighted the necessity of addressing the concerns of those caught in the retirement age gap and the need for a gradual retirement regulation.
The purpose of the meeting was to inform the public about retirement regulations and draw attention to the issue. Bulut underlined the importance of the meeting held under the slogan “Justice Table, Gradual Law,” stating that the regulation should be enacted as soon as possible.
Attendees of the meeting expressed their intention to address shortcomings in the retirement system and prevent rights violations. Burhanettin Bulut reiterated their determination to protect the rights of all employees and retirees.
Bulut emphasized the great importance of the regulation as a recognition of the long years of labor by employees. “We expect the necessary steps to be taken so that everyone can benefit from this right,” he said.
