Efforts to counter illegal crossings continue unabated. Recently, as part of border security measures, seven individuals attempting to cross illegally from Turkey to Greece and from Syria to Turkey were apprehended by border units. Detailed examinations revealed that two of those apprehended were members of FETÖ, and one was affiliated with the PKK/KCK terrorist organization. This development highlights the ongoing efforts of local security forces in the fight against terrorism.
