The third meeting of the Heads of Agencies Responsible for the Development of Human Resources in Member States of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) took place on June 21, 2024, in Astana, Kazakhstan. The event focused on crucial topics such as the development of human resources and enhancing inter-country cooperation.
The meeting was attended by heads of relevant agencies and senior officials from OTS member states. Participants discussed the challenges faced in the field of human resources and shared best practices. In addition, future projects and collaborative efforts were also deliberated upon.
In the opening speech, the Secretary General of OTS emphasized that the development of human resources is crucial for regional development. He highlighted that such meetings contribute to reaching common goals by increasing experience sharing among member states.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was decided to enhance cooperation in the field of human resources development among member states. Several recommendations were proposed to accelerate efforts in this area.
