Aylin Nazlıaka, General President of the Women’s Branch of the Republican People’s Party (CHP), has strongly reacted to the controversy surrounding the closure of Zübeyde Hanım Women’s Hospital and Sami Ulus Children’s Hospital. Nazlıaka emphasized the critical importance of newborn babies’ access to healthcare services.
In her statement, Nazlıaka declared that health services should not be sacrificed for profit, stressing that newborns’ lives should not be endangered by the greed for money. She highlighted the negative impact on society of closing hospitals that are vital for the care of newborn babies.
The Women’s Branch President called for quality and accessible healthcare services for a healthy society, stating that such actions are unacceptable. Aylin Nazlıaka urged the public to be sensitive to this issue and to raise their voices in protest.
