The International Labour Organization (ILO) has initiated a fundamental labor rights training series targeting labor and employer representatives in Turkey. The first activity of this educational program was conducted in collaboration with the Hak-İş Confederation.
The objective of these training sessions is to ensure and enhance conditions that uphold human dignity in the working environment. In line with the goal of achieving “Decent Work for All,” various trainings and events are planned to be organized.
This initiative by the ILO aims to strengthen social dialogue processes in Turkey and to create a broader knowledge base concerning workers’ rights at the grassroots level, thereby enhancing occupational health and safety. The training program is expected to continue in the coming days.
