The International Labour Organization (ILO) has taken a significant step towards strengthening core labor rights and creating a sustainable process. In collaboration with the Hak-İş Confederation, the ILO has launched the first “Core Labor Rights Training” program for worker and employer representatives.
The goal of the training program is to ensure a fairer working environment for everyone. By increasing knowledge and awareness among workforce representatives, the program aims to protect and enhance labor rights.
In the upcoming stages of the project, participants will be offered various training modules designed to promote respect for human rights in the workplace. The ILO believes that such initiatives lay the foundation for dignified work in the business world.
