CHP Leader Özgür Özel Criticizes President Erdoğan for Broken Promises
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel has made a striking statement, accusing President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of failing to keep the promises he made before the elections. Özel alleged that Erdoğan has not fulfilled his commitments to retirees, minimum wage earners, earthquake victims, and the general public.
Criticizing Erdoğan’s stance, Özel remarked, “He keeps his promises to those who legitimize violence against women and to the lawyers of those who use hogtie methods.” By this statement, Özel questioned Erdoğan’s approach to justice and human rights. Expressing his frustration, he exclaimed, “Damn such promises!”
