Ankara Hosts 2nd Gazi Pasha Commemoration and Oil Wrestling Event
Today, the 2nd Gazi Pasha Commemoration and Oil Wrestling event was hosted by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. During the event, İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu expressed gratitude to Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, ASKİ Sports Club Chairman Yüksel Arslan, and ASKİ Sports Club Vice Chairman Mesut Özarslan for their contributions. Dervişoğlu also extended his thanks to everyone involved in organizing the event. He praised the wrestlers, highlighting oil wrestling as a significant element of Turkish culture. Dervişoğlu emphasized that this event is an important step towards preserving Turkey’s traditional sports.
