Special Event Held to Commemorate August 30 Victory Day in Istanbul
In celebration of August 30 Victory Day, the Presidency’s Directorate of Communications organized a special event. Using the light painting technique, the Turkish Flag and the August 30 Victory Day logo were displayed over historic sites in Istanbul. This visual feast was observed at symbolic locations including the Galata Tower, the Beşiktaş Naval Museum, and the Dolmabahçe Indulgence Gate. The importance of August 30 was once again emphasized as the Turkish nation commemorated its victory in the struggle for independence.
