Turkey’s Investment Environment Improvement Coordination Board Meeting Led by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz
The Investment Environment Improvement Coordination Board (YOİKK) meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz. The meeting saw participation from relevant ministers, public institutions, and private sector representatives.
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
1. Progress on the YOİKK Action Plan announced on March 1, 2024.
2. The Turkey International Direct Investment Strategy for 2024-2028 aimed at increasing international direct investments in Turkey.
3. Preparations for the Investment Advisory Council meeting to be held on September 28, 2024, chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, with the participation of high-level executives from many multinational companies, international organizations, and umbrella organizations of the private sector in Turkey.
4. Developments related to the Medium-Term Program (OVP) prepared in line with the Twelfth Development Plan targets, and work on the OVP for the 2025-2027 period.
Vice President Yılmaz expressed his hope that the decisions made during the meeting would be beneficial for the country and thanked all participants for their contributions.
