Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek Announces $2 Billion in World Bank Loans for Earthquake Region Projects
Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek has announced that the total amount of World Bank loans allocated for projects in the earthquake zone has reached $2 billion. Şimşek stated that the total financing approved by the World Bank this year is nearing $3.7 billion. He emphasized that thanks to confidence in the program, they will continue to secure financing from international organizations under favorable conditions.
