CHP Urges Citizens to Protest Economic Hardships Tonight

Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP) Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesman Deniz Yücel has issued a call for action in response to ongoing economic difficulties. Yücel has invited all citizens to stand up and flicker their lights at 9:00 PM tonight to highlight these challenges.

In his statement, Yücel said, “We are calling on everyone struggling to make ends meet to turn their lights on and off. Either livelihood or election!” The CHP has shared this call to action through social media channels and is seeking support from the public. The campaign is being promoted under the hashtag #AyağaKalkTürkiye.

This protest aims to provide a platform for citizens to express their frustrations over economic hardships and draw attention to government policies. The CHP emphasizes that this initiative underscores the necessity for more concrete steps to address economic issues and meet public demands.

Deniz Yücel’s stance is viewed as a reaction to the increasing economic problems and the high cost of living, challenging the government’s handling of the situation.
