İstanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu has released a support message for the Turkish National Football Team. Prior to the match against the Netherlands, İmamoğlu expressed his confidence in the national team and boosted the morale of the citizens.
In his statement, İmamoğlu said: “We were wronged, but we will take our rights on the field. We have great confidence in our Turkish National Football Team. İmamoğlu emphasized that 86 million citizens stand behind the national team, wished success to the players, and expressed his belief that the team, our national pride, will deliver their best performance on the field.
