International Maritime Security Conference Successfully Held
The “4th Maritime Security Conference-2024,” organized by the Maritime Security Center of Excellence Command, took place with international participation. Representatives from 27 different countries and 202 various institutions and organizations attended the event.
The conference aimed to enhance cooperation opportunities and establish strategies for ensuring global maritime security. Participants discussed current threats in maritime security and the measures to counter these threats. Through various presentations and panels, there was an exchange of experiences, and the foundations for future joint efforts were laid.
Hosted under the auspices of the Republic of Turkey’s Ministry of National Defense, this conference was considered a significant step in strengthening the coordination of efforts to ensure maritime security worldwide.
