CHP Highlights Gaps in Proposed Teacher Profession Law During Parliamentary Commission Discussions
The “Teacher Profession Law” proposal, discussed in the Parliamentary Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Commission, has been scrutinized in detail to reflect teachers’ demands. Burhanettin Bulut, CHP’s Deputy Chairman responsible for Public Relations and Media Relations, participated in the discussions and shared his party’s stance on the matter as a Member of Parliament for Adana.
Bulut emphasized that the current form of the law proposal has several deficiencies that need to be addressed. He stated that the proposal aims to create a more qualified, contemporary, and scientific education system. Bulut reiterated that CHP continues its struggle in this direction.
