Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Holds Key Health Meetings in Bishkek
The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Ambassador Kubanıçbek Ömüraliyev, conducted a series of pivotal meetings during the Central Asia International Health Investment Forum held in Bishkek on June 26-27. Ambassador Ömüraliyev met with Kyrgyz Republic Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev, Kazakhstan Republic Health Minister Akmaral Alnazarova, and WHO Regional Director for Europe Dr. Hans Kluge.
The discussions focused on ongoing health collaborations within the Organization of Turkic States, the upcoming 4th Health Ministers Meeting of the TCO scheduled to be held in Baku in October, and opportunities for international cooperation in the health sector. Ömüraliyev gathered detailed information on existing health projects and future plans of Central Asian countries, emphasizing the need to enhance cooperation in various fields.
This significant meeting underscored the Organization of Turkic States’ commitment to accelerating its activities in the health sector and strengthening regional collaborations.
