Deva Party Vice Chairman Hasan Karal stated that this year’s Kurban Bayram is being celebrated under the shadow of economic difficulties. Karal emphasized that the prices of sacrificial animals in Turkey are three times higher compared to those abroad, saying, “Unfortunately, this year we are celebrating one of the most somber holidays.” He highlighted that the high prices of livestock are challenging citizens economically, which in turn negatively impacts the festive spirit.
